GREGORY J. GETRAJDMAN, a May 2022 graduate of Rutgers Law School, joined the Firm in September 2022. Since joining the Firm, Mr. Getrajdman has gained extensive experience with complex commercial litigation, business disputes, and alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Getrajdman is actively involved in all aspects of the litigation process, and regularly appears in state courts in New York and New Jersey, as well as federal court in New York.
During his time in law school, Mr. Getrajdman worked for two years as a law clerk with the Law Office of Amy Jane Agnew, P.C., working on constitutional and civil rights matters, where he gained substantial litigation experience in New York’s federal courts and presented an oral argument before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. While in law school, Mr. Getrajdman also served as Staff Editor and Commentaries Editor for the Rutgers Law Review, and authored the commentary, What the Heck Were They Thinking? It’s Time for the Court to Abandon the Heck Doctrine, which was featured in the Law Review’s Spring 2022 publication. In addition, Mr. Getrajdman was a Teaching Associate for first-year students’ Legal Analysis, Writing, and Research Skills course.
